From the beginning of the building process we decided that communication was a very important part of the build process and it quickly became apparent that the Clark Brother was on the same page.

They were understanding of our budget constraints and were excellent at coming up with alternatives to make our ideas come to life. The Build was made to be trouble free and communication was absolutely seamless. They are a company with great ideas who show pride in the quality of the product they deliver for you. We have now sold that house getting an excellent price due to the quality of workmanship and are now in the process of rebuilding with the Clark Brothers.

The new design has been done by ourselves with great advice from their architect and the Clark Brothers. They are two brothers who have their father working for them who provide a quality product that we as owners of the house can be proud of. We have built three previous houses in Rolleston by big named builders but the absolute quality of product and follow up from the Clark Brothers was absolutely outstanding, it put those large companies’ work to shame which is why we have chosen them again.

Due to the quality of our build, our son and daughter in law have also sold their home and are commencing a new build with Clark Bros.

New Build in Faringdon

We made a visit to the Clark Bros Construction show home in Lanner Drive, Rolleston and were immediately impressed by the show home both in its design and the quality of the build.

Following discussions with them we decided to proceed with a contract for them to build a new house for us in Rolleston. At no stage have we regretted that decision and we found Shannon and Jarryd to be very accommodating in any request we made, or query we had. The quality of build was outstanding and their attention to detail was fantastic.
